Responsible for the control of slow & non-moving components and their disposal. Monitoring the vendor performance in terms of SQDC.

Procurement of Electro mechanical materials with monthly buying value is 20 Cr which includes the flat and rounds of different size and grade, steels, casting, forging, Copper, Aluminum and machining components and handling supplier like Precision Wire & Pearl Metal (For Copper), Precision Stamping, Kapson Industries International (For lamination), Gauri Component (For Shaft). Development of new sources as per company requirement. Maintaining ISO 9000 documentation & implementation in supplier end and our department.

Procurement of materials with monthly buying value is 7.0 Cr which includes the flat and rounds of different size and grade, steels, casting, forging and machining components and handling supplier like TATA/Bhushan (for steels), AARTI STEELS, Bhupendra Steels, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam.
