Overseeing all construction activities of the Project, from foundation work to erection and stringing.  Providing daily progress reports to the Project Manager or Country Manager.  Coordinating with Clients as needed.  Identifying, managing and coordinating with subcontractors, clients, vendors and consultants as and when required.  Preparing and monitoring project budgets.  Coordinating in preparation of MIS reports and reviewing them.  Initiating corrective actions to control project progress and prevent cost escalation.  Preparing construction estimates for any new projects in the same or neighboring Countries.  Mobilizing resources and ensuring their effective utilization.  Resolving technical issues in compliance with contract terms and standards.  Managing construction quality and safety on-site according to organizational standards.  Ensuring that project is completed within the designated time frame.  Timely submission of monthly, labor and purchase bills, along with the preparation and certification of final bills and material reconciliation.  Minimizing wastage of construction materials.
