My work involved: ✔️ Developing go-to-market (GTM) and market entry strategies for multinational clients expanding into APAC & MENA ✔️ Conducting market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and value chain analysis to inform strategic decisions ✔️ Supporting M&A opportunity assessments, including valuation modeling, synergy evaluation, and target identification ✔️ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and client leadership to deliver actionable recommendations Prior to YCP, I interned at Goodpack (a KKR portfolio company) in Finance Transformation where I contributed to governance frameworks and ESG reporting.
