I am a seasoned Chartered Accountant having hands-on experience of more than 16 year in various finance functions in Manufacturing sector and NBFCs with specialisation in fund raising and structuring. I am managing the active relationship with more than 75+ lenders which is probably largest in microfinance sector. I have worked on large set of financial instruments ranging from vanilla Term Loans / Cash Credit/ WCDL/ Debentures/ Bonds/ Commercial Papers to structured products like Securitisation, Direct Assignment, Subordinate Debt, ECBs,. I have thorough understanding of RBI regulations and capability to structure the transactions while keeping in mind the compliances of regulatory provision, cost of funds, taxation and capital requirements. I was instrumental in setting up treasury function with 1500 Cr of corpus and same while keeping in mind the safety, return and liquidity of funds under management. Dealt in almost all money market instruments including MIBOR linked deposits, CDs , CPs and Mutual funds.
