 Support site by kept the equipment in excellent operation condition.  Implementing Preventive Maintenance of Plant and equipment as per schedule.  Carry out monthly & three monthly inspection of Plant & Equipments  Organizing Third Party Inspection for Lifting Equipments & Accessories.  Carry out Marine Equipment Annual Survey & Conditional Survey .  Preparation of Technical Inspection Reports & Estimation of repairs & list of spares.  Having hands on experience in major overhauling, Troubleshooting & maintenance of variouse generators like CAT, Cummis, Perkins, Yanmar & Doosan  Specialized in the major overhauling/ refurbishment of plants like Crawler cranes, Excavator and Dozer.  Hands on experience in repairing of various types of construction equipment like Batching plant, Crusher Plants, Concrete Pumps, Cranes, Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, Air compressors, Dumpers etc.  Monitoring of Schedule Maintenance, SOS, CHS, CTS Plan of Earth moving machinaries and cost redudction.  Work online on spare parts availabilty , to get quote , follow up with OEM for procurment of spare parts.  In-depth knowledge of Maintenance & repairing norms, Work Break down Structure, procurement and record maintenance.  Implementing safety on work environment.  Leading/motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.  Monitoring Plant inventory, Preparing monthly status report of Plant & equipment at site
