* Create project lifecycle management * Ensure adherence to systems and processes for error free work. * Implement systems that reflect project progress to keep client updated. * Ensure quality for satisfactory delivery of project. * Develop quality standards for error free output of work. * Learn and update on new technology to provide technical inputs. * Develop and manage a skill inventory system to track and allocate resources effectively in consultation with respective team. * Develop and manage a resource utilization system to minimize bench costs and measure productivity in consultation with respective team. * Plan for and ensure availability of hardware and software for smooth operations. * Taking stock on the inventory of the input received from the client * Communicate (Briefing) to the client on what is received * Liaising with the production Quality team on the delivery schedule * Participate in client briefs to ensure a good understanding of client needs and expectations * Communicates internally the client’s requirement and production’s queries to the client.
