Handling the entire recruiting cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry. • Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives • Understand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role • Identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources • Develop position-specific screening questionnaires • Recruit, assess, and hire top talent • Identify, screen and present top talent to clients • Work with research team as assignments change/evolve • Manage candidates throughout the interview process • Leverage candidate tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process. • Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates • Strong understanding the Visa Status (EAD, H1B, OPT, GC & USC) and Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C). • Prepare resume for presentation to clients. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matchingconsistency and giving visual and technical perfection. • Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in timely delivery of the consultants for the clients’ needs. • Helped candidates to prepare for in-person and Telephonic Interviews and kept them in loop with latest updates from the client. • Worked with IT consultants of various experience levels on multiple technologies and domains. • Trained new Hires and made them accustomed with the new work environment and process.
