* To procure Machinery and Pipe Fittings * Making Purchase Requisitions as per the material requirement. * Asking for quotations from the vendors, Receiving Quotations and Negotiating with vendor. * Preparing PO in SAP and sending them to vendors. * Making daily, weekly & monthly material receipt record with coordination of stores department. * Looking out for the timely payment of vendors with coordination of Finance department. * Helping finance Department for identifying Capex & Opex material from audit point of view. * Visiting vendors & Vendor Development according to the company policy.

* To procure Instruments, Machinery, Chemicals, and Electrical Equipment’s * Floating Enquiries to Vendors, Receiving Quotations from Vendors, Negotiation with Vendors * Finalizing & releasing different types of Purchase Orders and doing end to end activity till release of Order. * Arranging, Uploading and maintaining document from Audit Point View. * Keeping material track record * Co-coordinating with different departments for understanding exact requirement & procuring accordingly. * Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of material. * Preparation of daily, weekly, & monthly reports for timely procurement.
