Provided Data and Analytics Advisory Support for data & advanced analytics opportunities . Lead prototyping of data analytics use Cases to augment the sales process. Provided support for developing a data strategy frameworks ,assets and accelerators.

Data Strategy and Governance Programs Managed and lead several data strategy and governance programs and proposed Cloud/On-Premise based Data Platform (Big Data /EDW solutions) based on an assessment of existing data platforms and identified use cases. Defined data sourcing strategy, data architecture technology/infrastructure requirements & data governance. Developed an actionable roadmap, estimation and value case to implement data and analytics use cases. Helped simplify and centralize the data platform solution to reduce cost overheads of managing multiple systems , infra/operational cost. Help set up data governance framework, operating model and work with data owners, data stewards to define data policies, data procedures and organization KPI’s. Big Data/EDW Platform Architecture & Implementations Implemented data platform solutions to reduce the data foot print of the existing data solutions, thereby gaining significant reduction in cost, manage scalability & performance challenges by implementing distributed data platform solutions. Managed global data transformation programs and global roll outs of EDW system. Helped client to transform the way they generate insights to support data driven decisions and rapid speed to market. Worked with the senior stakeholders (CIO & CFO) to help evaluate large EDW, BI & MDM programs and identified gaps around data architecture, technology, delivery approach, scope and budget. . Proposed recommendations helped to build a future proof datawarehouse architecture to support business use cases. Designed the re-platforming of several global SAP BW system to the target state SAP BW4HANA data platform as a green field implementation & implementation of a regional reporting system integrating SAP HANA with Power BI Managed SAP data management programs for global SAP EDW and SAP ERP systems for multiple clients to reduce data footprint, save on operational and infrastructure costs, and promote lean systems with better.

Delivered Business Planning solution using SAP Integrated Planning to automate budgeting and planning process of sales companies in South Africa, Singapore and Thailand effectively automating budgeting and forecast processes for Sales, Marketing and Procurement departments. Resulted in reduction of manual planning from 3 weeks to 4 days.

Design and implementation of a regional Datawarehouse using SAP BW platform for 14 sales countries in APAC & middle east for Sales, Logistics and Financial reports. Project delivered in phased approach over a 3-year time frame. Helped Sony Customer Service Centre, Singapore to generate meaningful insights to track repair progress and delays using Repair and Warranty reports. Lead the implementation of a regional SAP BW system combining repair and warranty data and integrating with spare parts information. Supported Supply Chain (SAP-APO) implementation by developing KPI reports using SAP BW for Forecast Accuracy, demand supply variance reports based on sales data, production plans etc. This helped the client to measure the variance and accuracy of demand supply forecast.
