Currently Working with Sulaiman Al Qudaibi Co for GRP & Plastic Products as QC Engineer (Projects), which is a leading manufacturer and supplier of RTRP piping solutions Site survey prior to starting work with the client. Quantity survey before and after work completion. Overall monitoring, supervision and Guidance of Project progress. Planning and execution of UG & AG Piping & Pipeline Construction. Prepare Method Statements, Test Reports, and related Documents, and maintain as per document control procedure. Overall Monitoring, an inspection of piping fabrication and installation activities. Coordination with QA/QC Department for necessary Inspection and Testing Activities. Coordination with HSE Department for necessary Safety Procedures. Review Customer Contract Specification. Understand the drawings and installing commissioning fence lines for the required units Preparation of RFI's. Work Schedule preparation and maintain it by monitoring project progress. Understanding the drawings such as Piping, plan drawing, Isometric drawing and spool drawing Preparing Daily Progress Report. Coordinating and organizing meetings with clients as well as subcontractors to meet project schedules. We are making bills and payment follow-ups with clients. Project closure and site handover formalities.
