Mandy Ollar-Lawrence

Mandy Lawrence is SVP/Division President for WFG National Title Company in California. She oversees the Central Valley, Central Coast, East Bay, Merced, Fresno and Kern County. WFG is the sixth largest national title insurance underwriter in the nation. She also has a very active role in maintaining and building solid relationships that have played a key role in her passion for the title and escrow industry for over 30 years. Escrow Officers at WFG National Title handle resale, refinance, 1031 exchanges, mobile homes, bulk sales, commercial and investor transactions. They are supported by a title plant that dates back to the origin of CA. The highly experienced teams are also dedicated to the unique needs of the commercial and builder industries with over 1800 independent title agencies issuing insurance in 50 states. Mandy was born and raised in Modesto and still resides in the Central Valley. She started her career with Fidelity National Title in the Title Department and then Customer Service where she received an Award of Excellence for her outstanding level of service. She also worked as an Escrow Assistant then advanced to Sales, which became her main passion helping clients in the field and creating solid relationships between clients and her escrow teams. In 2000, Mandy joined Alliance Title where she received the Sales Rep of the Year award. For the next 8 years, Mandy held the position of VP/Sales Manager for Old Republic Title in Stanislaus County, continuing to work her own established customer base, which generated over one million dollars in revenue each year. She also received an Award of Excellence recognizing her dedication and success in marketing and was ranked 13th in the state for leveraging apps and tools for strategic marketing. Mandy has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Lenders Association, she's a member of NAHREP, CVAR, LAR and stays involved with local community events and industry related functions throughout Northern California. Mandy previously held the position of Managing Director of Doma (fka North American Title) where she helped open multiple branches, recruiting over 100 associates during her tenure there. She thoroughly enjoys providing exceptional service along with professionalism, integrity, and genuine passion for the title and escrow industry.
