*Experience in purchasing and sourcing IC component, Panel, touch sensor and glass.  *Assistance project team to meet their requirement in new product instruction (NPI) stage. *Experience in OEM/ODM/EMS/JDM. *Negotiate sales demand forecast with suppliers to keep production smoothly and to avoid material shortage in advance. *Work with the cross functional leaders to track and coordinate all program status, regularly report and update the potential risks of program, to avoid any unpredictable risks occur for long lead time materials. *Experience in Oracle system. *Providing a risk buy plan to make production on time and to eliminate material shortage risk. *Price and minimum order quantity negotiations regularly. *Discuss RMA control /quality issue with suppliers and lead cross function teams to resolve problems. *Keeping audit and evaluate suppliers and then provide my suggestions to R&D units and business units. *Working with new suppliers to discuss with the content of the procurement contract, such as payment conditions, shipping conditions and quality audits, etc. *Providing variety of complex analysis report such as marketing trend with pricing trend report, cost analysis report, etc.

* In charge of projects in new product instruction (NPI), mass production (MP) and EOL. * Coordinate process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for medical ultrasonic screen and vehicle’s touch display launch. * Establish project planning and arrange resource planning. * Work with R&D team for product design and process design related issues. * Handle customer requirements including manufacturing, process and so on. * Having supply chain management skills. * Having material requirement plan analysis skills. * Price/Cost analysis. * Understanding customer’s needs to provide solutions. * RMA control /quality issue management. * Realizing ISO13485（Medical devices Quality management systems standards）

* Keep the relationship with Wins company (Korea) * Maintain existing accounts and work through all opportunities with customer to secure the projects. * Ensure customer requirements are met through cross department communications. * Manage mass production schedule and monitored RMA issue such as find out problems and then allocated resource, controlled RMA quality and finally reviewed RMA test report before provide it to customer.

* Leading the project development from kick-off to mass production to ensure the project delivering successfully. * Manage project resource allocation and make project schedule timelines. * Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions * Multi-Cross functional coordination. * Project schedule/issue control and tracking.
