About
I am a senior at Binghamton University under the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science where I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Computer Science. As a Student Analyst, I am responsible for troubleshooting devices on a daily basis and processing loaner laptop requests while also documenting issues and responding to users via the TeamDynamix ticketing system, among other responsibilities. As a Residential Computing Consultant, I am well versed in troubleshooting device connectivity issues and connecting Oneida Hall users and their devices onto the school networks eduroam and mydevicesbing. I greatly enjoy interacting with users on a daily basis and applying my creativity skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot the various issues that may arise.
