• Investigate product/process improvements changes that may arise from either unavailability of raw material, Improved raw materials, improves processes, or new equipment. • Attend kitchen presentation when required with the NPD team and provide input assistance that will ensure a successfull commercial launch. • Ensure recipes are critically evaluated at each phase to ensure that products can be successfully produced in the factories •Ensure that controls are drawn up at every process step to mitigate risks associated with food, safety and quality. • Lead, manage and support Quality Controllers are adequately trained and assessed. • Training of factory colleagues when needed •Assist with effective pest prevention and control. •Conduct internal audits assist with external audits. • Assist with allergen management in stores and production areas. • Investigate Customer complaints and identify root causes, propose and implement suitable solution and monitoring of improvements to ensure successful operation implementation. • Manage QC tasting, samples and feedback.
