• Screening new projects, conducting feasibility studies and preparing project reports to assess viability of projects, predictable cash flow & growth opportunities. • Relationship building with project partners, consultants, contractors & other external agencies for finalizing contracts and ensuring compliance to the terms and conditions. • Ensure allocation and spent as per approved Budget. • Identify and Release work orders to vendors. • Monitor and manage the implementation team in coordination with the SPOC from Partnering agency. • Conducted training in 100 schools under Dettol’s ambitious School programme called “Dettol Banega Swachh India” (WASH) covered 50000 students from primary schools to raise awareness about hygiene and healthy habits. • Covered 100000 community (women) through young mother’s programme the main objective of the training was to help women to keep their families healthy and teach them how some small interventions can be hugely impactful and provide protection to all in their family. • Providing awareness on health education, Advisory & technical support and training to various stakeholders on health, sanitation and imparting training and workshops on preventative health. • Conducting training and workshops on hygiene and sanitation. • Arranging health check up in schools.

• Developed social inclusion strategy and implementation plan for Community Resource and Advisory Centre (CRAC) • Responsible for sponcerships program for 500 families. • Ensure and design capacity building plan for the student and plan event accordingly. • Developed a capacity building strategy for the community based organizations so that ownership and responsibility towards community resources, collaboration with civil society and government institutions to ensure access to basic amenities and opportunities. • Building strategy and implementation plan to promote Youth development and mentoring through curricula based interventions counselling and facilitating exchange opportunities among communities.
