❖Responsible to lead & completing Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) /8D for Quality Issues with Cummins, Ford, Toyota, Continental, GM & Daimler. Update Control plans, PFMEA for corrective actions. ❖Lead 50+ PPAPs for new products SOP & Annual PPAPs for carryover parts. Review PPAP documents per customer requirement for pass thru parts. ❖Generate Quality related documents for New Product Mass Production- Operation Sheets, Material Control Label, Inspection criterion/ records. ❖Worked on 12 Supplier Change Requests amidst Covid Supplier Chain Disruption, making sure to get approved from Customers ensuring On-Time Delivery. ❖Training teams for New Products using control plans, operation sheets for a safe launch. ❖Worked on Prototype approval from customers for In-plant products as well as pass-thru products from Japan Facility. ❖Diligently perform CAPA and read-across in a timely manner for similar processes. ❖Collaborating with SQEs on process improvement, audits & value enhancement opportunities ❖Conduct meetings with cross-functional team for CAPA, SCAR to evaluate optimal solutions. ❖Performing internal Process Audits, LPA per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards. ❖Perform SPC on critical characters on monthly basis to meet customer requirements. ❖APQP team member, collaborate with customers on Quality topics from the beginning phase. ❖Periodic review of PFMEA, Control Plans with the cross-functional team. ❖PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Managed, mentored, & trained a department of 31 quality employees by myself for two months on both shifts in absence of a Quality Manager. ❖Raise and follow up SCAR for any supplier quality issues. Review and approve Supplier PPAPs. Review Supplier Control plans, PFMEA, Cp/Cpk, MSA. ❖LEAN SIX SIGMA TRAINING: DMAIC process using tools such as 5why, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Value Stream Mapping, Cause and Effect diagram, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Flow Diagram to find out root cause of Quality issue.

❖ Worked with Quality Engineers to resolve problems from the production line. ❖ Database management for Layered Process Audit (LPA) for the Non-Automotive section. ❖ Continuously performed root cause analysis to analyze defects from customer returns. ❖ Performed safe launch audits, process & control plan audits, and assessed 8Ds for clients. ❖ Routinely performed routine maintenance and calibration on all testing equipment. ❖ Skillfully utilized a variety of manufacturing quality tools such as the following: FMEA, control plans, process verification, and validation plans, Cpk, Cp, SPC, and GRR.
