As the founder and CEO of PPC- Path & Purpose Consulting, my mission is to foster transformative leadership and strategic organizational development. With a robust background in management consulting and a focus on wellbeig and resiliency, our company has become a beacon for systemic coaching and effective leadership training. We have successfully advised in diverse fields such as telecommunications, FMCG, Banking, Insurance and hospitality. At Majorel Africa, my role as a Wellness and Resiliency Counselor allowed me to contribute to cross-functional project support, establishing strategic wellness initiatives and prevention programs for psychosocial risks. This experience reinforced my expertise in organizational development and human capital, Youth empowerment , teams and individual commitment towards sustainable performance strategies.
