As a Supply Chain Specialist at The Radius Group I specialize in procurement, sourcing supplies and components, vendor management, and vendor consolidation. I have experience handling domestic and international shipments, working with global vendors, and managing inventory classification. My focus is on ensuring efficient supply chain operations and building reliable vendor relationships.

As my first job after graduating with a supply chain degree, I found tremendous learning opportunities at RSL. From receiving to shipping and picking, I gained valuable hands-on experience that complemented my existing supply chain knowledge. My responsibilities included scheduling daily truck deliveries, resolving inventory discrepancies, filing freight claims, and communicating with suppliers during shipment variances. Additionally, I actively contributed to warehouse efficiency and trained new associates. I also became proficient in operating Counterbalance and Scissor forklifts.

I started my journey at 7-11 as a Sales Associate and worked my way up to become an Assistant Manager. During my time there, I gained valuable insights into customer service and inventory management for the store.
