• Helped design and manage the Women Entrepreneurs Kiosk program, supporting more than 30+ female- led businesses in showcasing their products, building customer networks, and exploring new market opportunities. • Assisted the operations team with project briefs such as beach hut research, architect coordination, rent- a-car data analysis, and SOP improvements to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Participated in daily national supply chain meetings on daily stock, loads, plant capacity, and transit flow across brands like Colgate, Palmolive, Protex, Max, Softlan, and Brite. • Conducted on-ground visits to warehouses, the production plant, and Karachi Port to observe real-time operations and enhance process understanding. • Consolidated BTL marketing stock data across 10 regional warehouses, enabling real-time visibility and proactive stock gap resolution. • Supported warehouse network analysis and external audit coordination to improve supply chain efficiency. • Contributed to the 2025 Strategic Cost Efficiency Framework by building Excel-based dashboards and trackers that helped generate significant cost savings. • Worked on a project to digitalize the inbound raw material process, mapping an 11-step flow and proposing system enhancements to improve cost control, visibility, and contracting efficiency.

• Co-organized and facilitated 2 focus group discussions with 20+ sustainability startups, contributing to thematic research on financing, regulation, and circular innovation. • Supported the development of CPI’s White Paper on “Mapping Pakistan’s Textile Value Chain and Cotton Dynamics” through qualitative analysis, primary data synthesis, and policy framing. • Conducted landscape mapping of 25+ early-stage ventures and stakeholders; contributed to policy briefs, concept notes, and advocacy materials to support ecosystem development.
