•Generate Purchase Orders (PO) based on prior negotiated quantity, price, and payment terms. •Source, liaise and negotiate with overseas suppliers on new and existing stocks, through emails, and other forms of communication platforms. •Continuously research and source for better-valued products and supplies to help the company lower the cost of goods. •Monitor fulfillment of Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers on discrepancies in quality or quantity. Ensure that goods purchased meet the specifications and requirements of the company and customer. •Coordinate and monitor the flow of inbound logistics for goods from China, Pakistan, and Thailand. •Coordinate and prepare documentation required for shipping and customs clearance for import and export shipments with suppliers, logistics, and freight forwarding partners.

•Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters according to clients’ requirements. •Monitoring container market rates, and comparing Container prices offered by shipping liners. •Creating and checking transportation documents eg. BL, SI, COO, and commercial invoice. •Work with the sales team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.

Approach customers and educate them on Touch 'n Go E-wallet to build customer engagement. Managed the booth by helping with registration and monitoring KPI.
