Handling the Executive hiring process in the Agency.

◾ Managing the global talent acquisition for SABIC Corporate Manufacturing, IT, Maintenance and Technical departments for all SABIC affiliates to hire top technical experts and consultants. ◾ Targeting the professional talents for SABIC in Saudi Arabia, Medial East region, and Africa by handling the full recruitment process (Planning, Sourcing, Interviewing and Hiring). ◾ Being part of the interview panel handling the HR and behavior side of the evaluation, in addition to make sure the interview complies with SABIC HR policy.

◾ Provide market research and intelligence SSP placement & hiring formalities. ◾ Branding through participation in universities, colleges and institutes career days ◾ Design, prepare and submit periodical status and planning reports to monitor REC KPI & REC Budget. ◾ Create, release, renew PR for recruitment agencies and services, prepare service entries for payments. ◾ Compliance focal point.
