At WADI, I: -Lead the end-to-end development of energy, industrial and infrastructure projects — from concept and feasibility through to financial close and execution. -Structure complex project finance architectures (IPPs, PPPs, BOOT/BOO, concessions), tailored to African regulatory and market realities. -Coordinate capital raising efforts (debt, equity, blended finance and development capital), including financial modeling, scenario analysis and bankability enhancement. -Steer strategic and transaction advisory mandates for governments, utilities and private sponsors on project selection, PPP structuring, valuation and negotiations. -Oversee co-investment and asset management activities, aligning governance and performance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles. -Build and manage ecosystems of technical, legal, engineering and environmental partners to ensure efficient, compliant and transparent delivery. -Champion a sustainability-first approach, embedding measurable impact (jobs created, MW installed, industrial capacity, CO₂ reductions) at the core of every mandate.
