My role responsibilities: • Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to people managers, providing strategic guidance on performance & compensation management and employee engagement • Shaping and leading end-to-end recruitment & sourcing strategies, from job definition to contract signing • Consistently maintaining a time-to-hire of under 60 days and achieving 97% offer acceptance rate • Designing and optimizing onboarding programs, improving new hire retention within probation period close to 100% • Developing and delivering HR capability training sessions for 100+ employees, resulting in a constant manager satisfaction of over 90% with HR support • Transforming the day-to-day operations of the HR department by implementing a centralized HR ticketing system for employee requests as well as a task management tool to streamline workflows and improve service delivery • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data (e.g. turnover rate, engagement scores, recruitment metrics) to inform leadership decisions and define HR priorities • Leading employee engagement surveys and change management surveys, achieving a participation rate of over 90% and implementing actions that stabilised engagement score year-over-year • Redesigning the entire employee offboarding process to ensure knowledge transfer and fostering a positive, seamless closure for departing employees • Managing and refining performance & compensation cycles, resulting in achieving alignment between compensation outcomes and performance ratings • Providing strategic HR support for a BaFin-regulated financial services subsidiary, minimizing compliance breaches and successful audit outcomes
