To coordinate the preparation of the Company's Business Planning sessions, getting the BOARD's approval for its implementation and execution of the same. To initiate new business ventures with local and international partners and customers. Tasked to look into the Company's international ventures with partners from Brunei, Singapore and Indonesia. My appointment as the President Commissioner in Pt Sacofa Indonesia and Director of Business Development in Pt Bangun Interkoneksi Nambas has garnered me the experiences and exposure to businesses and legal practices in Indonesia. I am actively liaising and negotiating with the officials from Ministry of Communications and Informatics, Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Politics, Legal & Security on regulatory and compliances, the regional government officers in the Island of Anambas and Natuna, on policies affecting the Company's operations and the secretarial and legal consultant. To initiate the achievements of corporate social responsibility for the Company.

• Advising on all legal matters including negotiating, drafting, reviewing and vetting through all legal documentations and arrangement with local and international business partners, customers and suppliers; • Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures and regulations set by the relevant authorities i.e. both State and Federal Government; • Giving legal advice and support to various divisions within the company to facilitate daily operation; • Involved in the procurement processes from drafting of the tender documentations, advising on the procedures, commercial evaluation and negotiating of the contract; • Represented the company in all legal proceedings and liaise with external solicitors on litigation matters; • Appointed as the company Regulatory Compliance Officer to Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission; • Officer in-charge of the administration of Pt Sacofa Indonesia; • Preparing and organizing Executive Committee Meeting (“EXCO”) and Board of Directors Meeting (“BOARD”); • To attend, take minute of meeting and advising the meetings procedure for both EXCO and BOARD Meetings; • Escalating the decision or directions by EXCO and BOARD to all Head of Department;

Handling civil and criminal litigation which includes debt recovery, bankruptcy, divorce, running down cases, theft, firearms offence, rape, minor drug offences. Handling conveyancing matters for banks, housing developers, companies and individuals. Appointed by the Court as pro bono defence counsel for accused charged with murder under the Penal Code

Handling conveyancing matters for corporate clients such as banks and housing developers, partnership arrangements, sale and purchase agreements and various other agreements

The Company was awarded to build a new Oil & Gas Supply Base at Kuala Baram, Miri Sarawak for clients such as Petronas and Shell. My tasked was to manage the daily operations of the Group including statutory functions, procurement and logistic besides engagement with the local authorities, consultants and clients on the approval process and update of the supply base construction.

Attached to Public Relations Unit, assisting to liaise with members of the press, organising events and drafting of speeches for Ministers and Senior Officers of the Commission besides drafting articles for the Commission's newsletter.
