• Support the Domestic Dealer Sales team, serving as one of the central points of contact. • Process daily transactions, communicate information, and solve problems while supporting the dealer network in the US and Canada as well as the sales representatives. • Create freight quotes and provide shipping dimensions to customers when requested. • Setup and process RMAs for product returning from domestic customers. Work with Customer Service department to ensure process is handled properly. • Create and maintain dealer accounts. Work with sales reps and accounting to ensure customer records are up to date and correct. • Answer questions via phone and email from customers and sales reps. • Assist Accounting to resolve any A/R issues. • Process sales quotes & orders in the business system. • Processing of all domestic dealer sales orders shipping from local warehouse and foreign factories (includes communicating order status, ship dates, stock, etc.). • Maintain and track all domestic and international direct container orders through online tracking services and update customers/system.

• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges • Create purchase orders • Troubleshoot and research customer orders, history, and accounts receivable ledger • Process credit card, cash, check, and finance transactions • Direct point of sale staff • Handle all escalate customer issues and direct them • Asist with problem solving, customer disputes, and general inquiries • Maintain all store specific documents and store reports • Order supplies for the store • Provide store support in all administrative tasks • Facilitate, train, and coach fellow Customer Support Supervisors • Assist in developing training and procedural documentation

• Work with customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Determine customer needs and wants. • Provide furniture and design knowledge. • Maintain an organized showroom floor.

• Provide design insight in relation to fabric ideas for furniture to correlate with other materials/colors. • Provide room sketches for customers regarding current and possible furniture layouts • Determine customer needs and wants. • Present and demonstrate product in a professional manner • Provide design, furniture, and rug knowledge.

• Visual merchandising • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge • Monitor all cash register transactions for accuracy • Maintain an organized sales floor while handling customer needs and requests
