* Responsible for redesign of monthly department newsletter, as well as assisting with writing, layout and editing * Assist in managing the Finance and Accounting Management Trainee program, to include all aspects of recruitment, interviewing and training * Contribute to various global communication initiatives for both internal and external audiences * Organize recruiting for the FMT program and * Curate content for department intranet site * Assist with strategic communication plans and supporting materials in coordination with subject matter experts * Educated directorate associates on branding standards during a corporate rebranding initiative

* Responsible for all communication functions for a department of over 700 associates, both at headquarters and worldwide * Develop stories, write and edit content and lay out monthly department newsletter * Design and manage content for intranet site in Microsoft SharePoint * Compose strategic messages to be delivered worldwide, in more than 30 countries, five U.S. territories and 50 states * Produce presentations and other supporting communication materials for senior leadership, working directly with VPs and the CFO * Facilitate town hall meetings and other department events * Coordinate department presentations for leadership to deliver at corporate events * Manage all aspects of the Finance and Accounting Management Trainee program, including recruiting, interviewing and training * Supervise up to 13 associates at a time, three times a year
