Develop prototypes considering cost, assembly, and manufacturability, Execute DVP, DFMEA, PQCL, PTDB, LLD plans Plan and evaluate in-house/outsource test setups, Prepare testing protocols, standards, and instructions, Analyze testreports, identify root cause Perform benchmarking, shape & CAE correlation, Approve validation reports per customer standards
