• Leading Asean MPL 6 plants in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia to meet Asia supply chain goal and ensure work rule comply with company policy. • Customer demand analysis to ensure supportability plan. • Ensure Short – Middle - Long term of demand / supply strategy to satisfy customer forecast and optimize inventory to improve inventory turn over rate. • Driven MRP utilization in each plant to ensure proper control of inventory, traceability. • Review MRP parameter to align inventory planning as a target. • Inventory accuracy by schedule cycle count and physical inventory. • Excess-Obsolete stock review and action plan for reduction. • Co ordinate with cross functional team to implement and control change management • Driven innovation to improve warehouse management and inventory control (AGV, Barcode scanning)

• Set up supply chain team work role for new plant set up. • Set up warehouse system and inventory data to integrate to ERP. • Develop production planning to align with each build phase. • Inventory accuracy by develop cycle count plan/ Physical count and lead for stock variance analysis and action plan. • Develop manual inventory control by excel and manual MRP to create supplier schedule according to production plan. • Customer demand analysis • Coordinated with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. • New team development and training to align their mind set support each function to meet the goal.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations from customer demand, production planning, supplier planning, warehouse management and delivery by cost efficiency. • Responsible for Customer and supplier demand planning. Production planning, Warehousing, Logistics Planning (Inbound/ Out bound Shipment), Inventory management by MRP using QAD system. • Customer/supplier focus on time delivery, negotiation and relationships. • Develop inventory strategic planning to satisfy customer forecast and inventory control by SIOP tool to optimize stock on hand. • Inventory turnover improvement. • Inventory E&O monitoring and reduction plan. • Inventory accuracy management by cycle count and physical inventory with root cause analysis and action plan. • Warehouse management control to ensure safety, accuracy, FIFO, on time delivery, improvement of warehouse technology (barcode scanning, develop electronic Kanban) • New Model/Model change responsibility to expedite new materials to be on time per timing plan & control obsolescence stock. • ERP go live for new plant set up.

- Handle deirect and indirect purchasing (Both local and oversea suppliers). - Follow up delivery as accoeding to production demand forecast). - To control delivery as per lead time - To issue PR & PO to supplier according to Leadtime by minimize inventory level and control on time delivery. - Cost negotiation, cost reduction. - Cost saving project - Sourcing New material and new supplier. - Support production line to achieve zero material downtime - Support internal user to get order ontime. - Maintain supplier performance - Committee ; ISO9001,TS16949,TLS8001

- To follow up oversea shipment for support production line. - Control inventory stock as per taget - expedite critical shipment for support any urgent and new material ordering - Follow up new material for support new product trial - Warehouse control
