Within the Groupe La Poste, I acted as the Reporting Manager of the Purchasing department and coverage for the Project Manager within the SAP SRM Project team. ➥ Managed the IT department’s budged of €1M by forecasting future expenses, recommending projects to be prioritized and trade-offs to the department to avoid budget overruns while remaining efficient. ➥ Conducted and led business workshops to refine the needs of end users (64 buyers) by designing interactive models integrating their requests/projections via SAP BW and Business Object tools (30 cubes and approximately 50 main reports). ➥ Supervised and trained new users on an innovative reporting system adapted to the needs and requirements of users, which enabled 90 employees to acquire new skills in reporting.

In this position, I managed financial activities and team for our two programs – regular (€12M) and emergency (€0.5M) - located in Goma, Rutshuru, Beni, Butembo, ... ➥ Supported the management of regular operation in the region (Rutshuru 320 hospital beds and 7 health care centers) and the deployment of a humanitarian operation in response of cholera emergency and population displacement. ➥ Supervised a team of 15 people - Finance-Admin team - located in the capital city and in the field. ➥ Managed cash and controlled accounts while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations of the host country. ➥ Effectively supported project teams based on the fields by managing all aspect financial administration, carry out fiscal, and social oversight while ensuring the proper application of the legislation.
