At AECOM, a global leader in infrastructure and engineering services, I lead nationwide fleet operations, supporting all projects and managed a massive fleet across Saudi Arabia. I develop and implement company-wide fleet management policies, oversee end-to-end vehicle procurement and leasing, and manage digital systems such as fuel chip solutions and real-time tracking to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. My role includes managing cross-regional teams, ensuring regulatory alignment, optimizing cost allocation, and delivering data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

At TASNEE, a leading industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia’s petrochemical and manufacturing sectors, I played a pivotal role in advancing procurement transformation initiatives, including the support during successful implementation of SAP Ariba for sourcing and Achilles for vendor management. I have been part of ERP-based spend analysis, benchmarking, and savings assessment, while managing digital systems for bid waivers and procurement reporting. My responsibilities encompassed budget management, audit coordination, KPI tracking, and reporting through Analytical Cloud tools. I also supported contract development, led sourcing activities, and drove continuous improvement through data enrichment, compliance assurance, and targeted team training programs.

Supported the procurement process during tendering and bid openings, coordinated with suppliers on pricing, deliveries, and scheduled site visits and initial job meetings. Maintained accurate records, ensured timely document uploads into the system and assisted in supplier evaluation. Ensured compliance with procurement policies, and prepared regular reports for management review.

Acted as a key support resource for site operations, bridging communication between site staff, HR, and administration. Arranged PPE and managed its distribution as requested to support safety compliance. Scheduled and arranged operational and quality meetings, took minutes, and followed up on assigned action items. Also served as the designated first aider and fire safety representative, supporting emergency readiness and workplace safety initiatives.
