I was a representative of Voltaire group in charge of newly-established LLP in Kazakhstan. My initial task was to set-up a local venture with the aim of managing $60 mln. real-estate project in Astana financed by a group of European investors through an investment fund. Also, in parallel, the aim was to provide consultancy & fiduciary services for other European companies, interested in investing in Kazakhstan.

Secondment at Karachaganak Project Operating company’s office in London as a member of Technical Group of Authority (TGA). According to the Karachaganak Final Project Sharing Agreement (FPSA) signed between the Government of Kazakhstan and Karachaganak Project Operating consortium (BG, Eni, Chevron, LukOil), National company “KazMunayGas” is acting as Authority on behalf of the Government. TGA is a group of Authority representatives responsible for the review of all major contracts with the minimum value of $500K each, including vendor prequalification process, tender documentation and contract strategy in accordance with the FPSA Tendering procedures.

I was seconded to Agip KCO company’s office in London as a member of Technical Group of Authority, responsible for the review of Onshore major contracts including vendor prequalification process, tender documentation and contract strategy in accordance with the PSA Tendering procedures. Agip KCO is an Eni S.p.A subsidiary that performs operations under the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement.
