I am working as a IT Recruiting Specialist at Altis Professional.My goal is to introduce professionals to the right employers,every time. To succeed at this, I manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes posting professional job ads, actively seeking referrals, searching various recruitment sources, as well as our internal database, to find qualified candidates. From there, I pre-screen resumes and conduct interviews to find the best match for my client.
