- tax due diligence and tax structuring projects in Real Estate sector - leading various share deal and asset / enterprise deal projects - coordinating international projects (structuring acquisitions of real estate portfolio in several jurisdictions) - experience with Luxembourg, Dutch, UK and other untypical holding structures - advice on CIT, WHT and transfer taxes (VAT / CLAT) - high level advice on TP issues in cooperation with TP department - experience with International Taxation issues in Real Estate sector - litigation cases related to real estate restructuring

- tax coordinator of PwC companies for CEE and Eastern region (CIT including WHT, TP, VAT) - coordination of tax reporting of ca. 100 PwC companies in 30 jurisdictions - oversight of VAT and CIT reporting at the level of PwC holding structure - monitoring key tax issues in the region; regular teleconferences with CFOs - designing / implementing the regional Transfer Pricing database

- VAT advisory projects for large national and multinational companies, - focus on financial services, as well as real estate and construction sector - financial and tax modelling of highway and other large infrastructure projects - leading with success essential VAT court and litigation cases

Intern at CEE Department (Foreign trade transactions) - assistance in foreign trade transactions with banks in Central & Eastern Europe - economic analyses regarding CEE - work in German language, while contacting the foreign banks representatives in English
