Responsibilities: • Overall direction, coordination, implementation control of specific projects, quality audits, reports. • Day-to-day running of Care aspects of the Care Home including the standards and quality of care, recruitment, regular meetings and supervisions, training, investigations and disciplinary matters, • Oversee the Residents need to ensure they are receiving Person Centred Care, • Organising staff workloads by forward planning off duty, ensuring there is sufficient and appropriate staff cover, appropriate skill mixing of staff on shift, • Monitoring and control of day‐to‐day expenditure within the limits of budgets set, • Ensuring all working documents are up to date and completed properly, • Working close with the IT team from the software provider to ensure that the system is working correctly and the modules are connected together, checking the access to recorded data and all reports contain correct information, reporting bugs and sending regular feedback, • Using Agile methodology when leading projects.

• Responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources to include recruitment, supervision, training and report any disciplinary matters to senior management, • Organising staff workloads by forward planning off duty, ensuring there is sufficient and appropriate staff cover, • Implementation of solutions aimed at improving work systems, • Payroll administration, • Financial administration including credit control, • Monitoring and control of day‐to‐day expenditure within the limits of budgets set, • Maintenance of the homes management systems, including quality assurance, reporting and auditing functions, • Ensuring that the emotional, physical, spiritual, medical and material needs of the service users are recognised, assessed and met, • Investigate complaints, concerns and safeguarding matters, take appropriate action and report to the person in control, Care Quality Commission, Adult Social Care Safeguarding Team or other relevant bodies, Complying with regulations in respect of Health and Safety at Work, COSHH, environmental health, Health and Social Care Act, fire procedures and any other relevant legislation and reporting promptly any risks identified
