* Duties and Responsibilities: * design and development of all mechanical systems from concept to detailed design stage * produce mechanical systems layouts and technical calculations for various design stages in accordance with local authorities and regulations, best practice standards and LEED – an environmentally sustainable tool * work independently as well as in the team, mentoring junior engineers and reporting to senior staff * peer review of designs produced by other members of the mechanical services team * review of mechanical design to ensure cost effectiveness and buildability
