Inside and outside the gym.I’m the owner of Level Up Gym in Stratford, CT, a 7,000 sq ft boxing and functional training facility built on structure, accountability, and real relationships. What started as a passion for fitness has grown into a thriving business serving 100+ members through group training, small-group personal training, youth programs, and community events.My focus goes beyond workouts.
