I was a key member of the VOP/RTM Delivery and specialize in software quality and test automation. FinSys handles all money movement in and out of the PayPal system (credit cards, bank accounts, debit cards, billpay, and money market) and the monitoring and reconciliation of that flow (activity report, recon, fx rate updates). Responsibilities As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, involved in the complete development cycle of the project, test case reviews, involved in Gray box and White box testing of the application. As a Gray Box Software Engineer, involved in validating the database entries for the user and validate transaction amount. Involved in code stream building and build deploys on the test environment. Created data driven test scripts by parameterize the data to use data from flat files, to test the application response with different sets of input data using python. Execute SQL queries to verify the data in SQL database.
