Ambassador Wines of Washington produces 100% estate grown Washington state red wines from our own vineyard located in the heart of Red Mountain. As a Development Officer at the YMCA of Snohomish County, I supported three YMCA branches building and nurturing relationships with donors, volunteers, and the broader community to drive fundraising initiatives that expanded youth, health, and wellness programs, strengthening the YMCA’s impact across the region. • Led the strategic development of new and prospective donors, enhancing donor stewardship and cultivation. • Collaborated with Branch Executives and Board Members to align fundraising efforts with association-wide priorities. • Provided leadership and training for campaign committees and volunteers, fostering a culture of engagement and support.

Provided strategic leadership and development expertise to drive major and planned giving initiatives. Building on my experience as Branch Director of Family Engagement, I developed and implemented strategies to cultivate donor relationships, inspire philanthropy, and increase contributions, ensuring sustainable support for programs that strengthen communities. • Enhanced major and planned gifts by 15%., exceeding expectations by raising $151,169 to goal of $145K. • Achieved 136% of $15,500K staff-giving goal for 2017, bringing in $21K dollars and increasing staff participation by over 10% from previous year. • Provided oversight and leadership as Staff Engagement co-chair for branch wide staff engagement efforts outlined in strategic plan. • Supervised a staff team of 26 part-time staff, including 2 Leads and a full time Coordinator.

Directly managed five school age childcare sites with a revenue budget of 250K and provided administrative support for 10 sites within the Northshore school district. • Expanded school age care program in accordance with Washington state licensing guidelines and YMCA of Greater Seattle Association standards for school year and summer programs serving over 1800+ children. • Developed onboarding processes and procedures related to FT/PT staff, volunteers, and seasonal staff.

Provided project support to clients and assisted project managers in the various stages of the site selection, property acquisition and/or disposition, feasibility, and due diligence processes. • Assisted with office administrative duties such as creating, reviewing, and editing presentation materials/correspondence for high profile clients. • Managed company marketing process, including website updates and brochure materials.
