Plans, coordinates and oversees activities related to the design, development, implementation and operation of business solutions including entreprise softwares and information systems supporting core organizational functions & business processes. Maintains, supports and upgrades business solutions under acceptable service levels to meet company objectives such as maximizing IT & IS Return on investment and improving business processes.

Manages all IT activities in the organization. Implements and maintains the policies and goals for the IT department to support the company's needs. Ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. Oversees the internal IT support function. Conducts research and recommends the selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications. Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users. Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback

Supervises HelpDesk team of the IT department in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of the organization's information systems and makes upgrades as necessary. Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs. Follows appropriate programming procedures.

Performs technical duties, planning and developing efficient business and operation systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends technical solutions to problems and participates in implementing, supporting and documenting technical and business systems. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
