2011年にイー・アクセス(現ソフトバンク)で営業企画としてキャリアをスタートして、その領域で販促、人材戦略、新規事業推進、部門人事と幅広く6年ほど経験。2017年よりHRのキャリアをスタートさせ、ソフトバンク及び出向先のPayPayにて採用5年、HRBPを1年経験。特にPayPayでは加盟店営業採用の垂直立ち上げや会社をグロースさせるためのビジネス・コーポレート領域の採用リードを含む各種プロジェクトリードを経験。2022年からNECにフィールドを移し、タレント・アクイジションとして、キャリア採用をメインで担当。会社の変革をすべく毎年600名以上の採用計画を回しながら、データを用いた各種プロセス改善をリード。2024年よりマネージャー。2026年よりNECネッツエスアイへ出向。HRBPとして、担当事業部の採用・エンゲージメント・人材開発などの幅広いアジェンダをリード。I started my career at eAccess (now Softbank) in 2011 as a sales planner and have a wide range of experience in that area, including sales promotion, human resources strategy, business promotion, and HR for about 6 years.In 2017, I started my career in HR, with 5 years of experience in recruitment and 1 year as HRBP at Softbank and PayPay, to which I was transferred.Especially at PayPay, I experienced various project leads including vertical launch of merchant sales recruitment and recruiting leads in business and corporate areas to grow the company.From 2022, I moved to NEC, where I am mainly responsible for career recruiting as Talent Acquisition.I lead various process improvements using data while turning around a recruitment plan for more than 600 hires each year to transform the company.Manager since 2024.In 2026, I was seconded to NEC Networks & System Integration. As an HR Business Partner, I led a wide range of initiatives for his assigned business division, including recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development.
