After a year of running a successful TikTok channel and observing its rapid growth in both followers and engagement, I made the decision to scale my efforts and launch my first YouTube channel. With solid experience in video content creation and a clear understanding of production workflows, I approached this new platform strategically. Unlike my earlier focus on educational content — primarily teaching Italian — I decided to broaden the target audience. I shifted from niche language learning to content that could appeal to viewers of all ages and backgrounds. That same day, I redefined my content strategy and uploaded my first YouTube video. The new format focused on curiosity-driven, thought-provoking questions, such as: What happens if a syringe needle breaks inside the body? What happens if someone falls from extreme heights? This pivot opened new creative possibilities and fully immersed me in the world of AI-driven content production at scale. Thanks to my earlier experience and refined content strategy, the channel quickly gained traction. As of now, my YouTube channel has grown to over 30,000 subscribers and continues to expand organically.

After analyzing the video content market in Italy, I identified a significant gap in AI-generated content, particularly within the educational space. This insight, combined with my strong passion for AI technologies, inspired me to launch my own project. My hypothesis was that, due to the increasing migration flow into Italy, there is a growing demand for accessible and effective Italian language learning resources. This idea became the foundation for a TikTok channel where artificial intelligence is used as the core tool for creating educational content. What I implemented: Built a fully automated production pipeline: from script generation and visuals to voiceovers, subtitles, and publishing. Leveraged AI tools to automate key stages of the process, including thumbnail design, voice synthesis, transcription, translation, and subtitle creation. Developed unique and engaging video formats aimed at beginners, such as “Repeat After Me” and “Guess the Word by Image.” Results: Received strong organic engagement from the target audience within the first weeks of launch. Grew the channel to over 100,000+ subscribers in 2 years. Established a sustainable, scalable video production system with minimal manual effort thanks to AI automation. This project has been more than just a creative endeavor — it became a real-world example of how AI can meaningfully scale educational content creation.
