Brooksource offers our Elevate Program to help prepare associate IT Professionals (recent grads, bootcamp grads, transitioning Veterans, etc.) for the workplace. In my role as WFT Program Coordinator, I am dedicated to successfully onboarding qualified associate IT Professionals to infuse diversity in the current workforce using inclusive and skills-based hiring practices. I partner with clients to deliver strategic workforce solutions that align with their long-term goals—helping them build agile, future-ready teams and transform the trajectory of their organizations. -Successfully onboards new employees to ensure seamless acclimation into company culture. Develops streamlined onboarding documentation, ensuring repeatable and efficient processes. -Designs customized training curriculum using a variety of learning management systems (LMS) for employees. -Establishes measurable goals and milestones to track training effectiveness and employee growth. Tracks employee progress using performance metrics and assessment data. -Provides professional development and mentorship to associate-level professionals as they transition into the professional workforce through goal-based acceleration. -Hosts workshops and informative presentations with incoming and current employees to build community and cross-functional collaboration.
