Throughout this time, My businesses have played a pivotal role in developing data collection systems for the energy and water sectors, as well as designing and implementing project management and time-tracking solutions. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of project management systems, enabling me to provide strategic guidance for their development and optimization. But beyond engineering and management, I believe that true leadership requires more—empathy, ethical decision-making, and strong interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and mediation.
