One day in my IT career, I become an IT process and performance manager. I learned how IT can be managed in a form of service management and how important that factor is for making success.That end to end service oriented approach will lead to value creation for IT and business. Managing IT services is an operation excellence, where todays' IT is driving the business to grow. Thats why IT strategies must be aligned with the corporate one. My leadership style also helped me make successful changes and to get the buy-in from the champions resources. Nevertheless, I started the management journey in an earliest time of my career.
