• Ensure Weatherford quality, health, safety and environment fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility • Promote Weatherford new technologies from end user – DTD – EXPEC ARC. • Estimate share market – total available market. • Coordinate, control and execute job planning of WBC associated operations in line with Weatherford and client company policy procedures and systems • Interface with other product line to promote integrated approach to the marketplace. • Promote WBC good name through customer interaction and a professional approach to the job in hand fostering good relation for continued business (offshore- onshore). • Where required must conduct customer visits to identify new and existing clients • Involve in any decision – making regarding operational problems, develop satisfactory resolution to any customer problems • Support and promote WBC in Saudi Arabia provide technical and operational support along with equipment and personnel where required • Conduct annual performance appraisal of all direct reports in accordance with the company performance management policy & procedure • Mange performance of all direct reports setting performance standers / targets in line with division objectives and taking corrective action where necessary • Attend operations management meeting in order to share and update recent activities.

• Promote Weatherford wellbore cleaning tools and new technologies around Saudi Aramco. • Communicate with DTD, End user for new tech and TTR. • Meet and discuss our wellbore cleaning advantages with Aramco DE. • Prepare a proposal and BHAs for upcoming jobs to DE. Assigned and not assigned Rigs. • Discuss our operation procedure with our customer. • Handover the proposal and procedure to our operations team for execution. • Follow up, look up on our operation activates around Saudi Aramco Rigs thru our reps and Aramco report. • Follow up with our invoicing team if any justification latter need to be sign by DE. • WBC Market share. • Monitor our competitors activates, new technologies thru Aramco morning report & DE. • Coordinate with WBC accounting coordinator about JDE invoicing. • Where ever possible need to be in contact with the engineers on their assigned rigs. • Weekly update should be sent to WBC manager. • Weekly operation forecast in weekly bases • WPTS distribution for area signed • Go to the field to perform jobs and visit company men as and when necessary. • To carry out any reasonable request from management in timely manner.

• Represent Weatherford in clean-up operations on rig sites • Provide applications guidance for Clean-up tools to company man • Follow up with spear parts supplier to be deliver on time • Make sure company man is aware with my operation game plan and BHA • Try to minimize the number of run with specific stages

• Coordination, updating and follow up with Customer and sales managers. • Represent Well-Flow in Responding to Wellbore Clean up and preparation for completion related technical support required from the Customer. • Provide applications guidance for Clean up including mechanical and chemical methods. • During my onsite activity Planning Maintenance schedule for company tools and to send them back to the work shop if necessary • Write post job report and job analysis after each job. • On Clean-up operations I am doing pickling jobs through HP pumps • Represent Well-Flow in stimulation jobs in execution stage. • I am familiar with all the operations related to drilling the well starting spud in until completion. • I have a relevant experience on PBL (Ported Ball Locking) in different sizes and different designs. • Ensure that technical enquiries and solutions are documented, captured and made available for customer, and that work tickets are done correctly for belling to them. • Filling and archiving the documents related to Departments. • Contribute towards the Continuous Process Improvement of the executors. • Collecting rigs data from ARAMCO morning report. • Increase competence to support all wellbore clean up products.

• Working with Producing Dept as group leader. • Responding to customer calls. • Receive incoming equipment & spear parts. • Filling and archiving the documents related to Departments. • Ensuring the right equipment before being sent. • Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents as needed to assist the Dept. • Preparation of Time Sheet Report for the group and send a weekly report to the Line Manager.

• Provide supervision to the juniors and other members while working in a team. • Providing good work to meet the requirements on critical deadlines. • Performing regular checks and maintaining and adjusting according to the conditions given. • Handling heavy materials and use them effectively by using less cost and less labour. • Managing and developing a process through which the employees can perform the tasks specified for them.
