Maja Plavsic

Leading the people function for a global game development partner supporting clients across co-development, art production, and engineering. My work focuses on organizational growth, talent strategy, leadership support, recruitment structure, internal development, and cross-functional collaboration as the studio scales. I also contribute to broader company growth through communication, relationship building, and representing the human side of how strong long-term partnerships are built. Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, within the Spanish Language and Literature program, with a focus on the Spanish Golden Age. My work centered on exploring and teaching the literary and theatrical richness of early modern Spain, particularly Golden Age theatre and the dramaturgy of Lope de Vega. Alongside dramatic texts, I engaged with foundational prose traditions such as Don Quixote and the picaresque novel, examining how these works shaped narrative forms, character archetypes, and literary innovation in European literature. I led seminars designed to encourage close reading, interpretative depth, and critical discussion, helping students approach literature as a dynamic interplay of form, language, and historical context rather than a fixed canon. The focus was on developing analytical thinking while fostering a genuine engagement with storytelling and textual craft. In addition to teaching, I contributed to academic mentorship, assessment, and curriculum support, with an emphasis on clarity of thought, intellectual curiosity, and structured literary analysis.
