Responsible for development of a financial procedures to be followed under the LEDIB Programme, procedures and guidelines to be applied by the implementing organizations with regard to financial management of LEDIB funds. The system includes creating of all necessary programs and procedures, procurement of goods and services, with reference to the approved ToR.

Assist SMEs and BDS providers in developing services relevant to their clients. Development of projects and implementation during the programme period. The development projects are linked to the capacity building provided for BDS providers and address specific needs of the SME clients. Creation and delivery of development projects include following fields: ISO certification, EU norms and requirements, environment, innovation management, access to export markets, training for internationally acceptable certification of Serbian workers etc.

Responsible to oversee and coordinate all POC activities, supervise staff, assure smooth centre operations, and maintain program timetables and targets. Manage and coordinate activities of field office staff. Oversee all aspects of tenders and selection of contractors. Responsible for (selection) and successful completion of CHF Serbia field office projects. Responsible for correct field payments. Demonstrating comprehensive economic program through trainings, support and develop economic development projects that increase income, employment, agriculture sales and economic opportunities for vulnerable groups. Promote inclusion of an economic development to achieve maximum impact on economic development. Actively promote the Enabling Economic Environment program and provide hands-on experience in articulating aspects of economic development.
