• Managing AP Team (for Spanish plants in Valls and Valencia) to ensure day to day operational team duties are processed in timely manner • Ensuring all incoming invoices and expenses are processed within SLAs and targets • Ensuring all new suppliers are opened in line with company guidelines and that supplier data management controls are implemented and monitored • Ensuring all team members are trained in all aspects of their role • Driving adherence to company policies and procedures through training, monitoring and reporting • Ensuring compliance to all SOX requirements including providing of monthly transaction reporting and information to plants • Responsible for completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Setting and monitoring team KPIs

▪Managing AR Team (for Spanish plants and Kronach in Germany) to ensure day to day operational team duties are processed in timely manner ▪Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including plant staff and customers ▪Ensuring that all accounts receivable invoices are raised and sent out as required and incoming payments are posted to the correct general ledgers and any outstanding accounts are followed up monthly ▪Ensuring all nominated general ledgers are reconciled and reported within five working days of the end of the month ▪Identifying and implementing process improvements of accounting processes; ▪Mentoring, coaching and developing team members and support workplace learning ▪Fulfilling of all needed daily, weekly and monthly reports (including KPIs) ▪Ensuring that all processes are in accordance with Sarbanes–Oxley Act ▪Demonstrating leadership across the organization and within the team ▪Managing team and deadlines so as to achieve objectives of the team and FSSC
