R&D of Agentic AI systems in production for Quality Assurance automation • Developed ETL pipelines for QA automation and Knowledge Graph creation from user activity, achieving 100% accuracy. • Authored export scripts to reproduce user interactions as Playwright JSON, bridging user activity with automated testing frameworks. • Engineered Agentic systems and Recommendation Engines for Natural Language to QA automation , facilitating interactions with Neo4j knowledge graph intelligently to derive tests increasing efficiency by 40%+ in testing. • Shipped multiple features for Data Parameterization and optimization in tests for UX and performance in the core product. • Revamped frontends in record times with AI.
