Maissaa Mobacher received her post graduate education in business administration after having completed her graduate studies in hospitality management. Her trainings in several hotels led her to attend workshops on “customer-supplier relationship” and “measuring and managing customer satisfaction and loyalty”. Reaping the benefits of the courses, Maysa started her career in a minor job as a telemarketer for Citrix Systems in the MENA region. To further expand her experience in customer service, working in an image selling company dealing with international advertising agencies such as Publicis, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi in the Middle East and publishing houses, was a great opportunity. On a different scale, Maysa’s interest in interior design has been instilled way back since her college years. Her initial goal is to pursue an education in this field.
